1)Position Title : Account Supervisor
Department : Production
Basic Purpose : The Production team is responsible for achieving the sales target measured by successful logistical planning & effective resource management interface between the vendors & organization.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Managerial
Maintain and strive to improve team execution quality standards
Manage Troubleshooting by spending time with team members in giving feedback on their performance
Manage Team Relations and Team Mentoring
Maintain and update a comprehensive pan-India database of vendors
Recommend and implement improvements in processes and executions on the basis of market & internal feedback
Individual
Co- conceptualize and plan brand events based on the brand requirement
Take responsibility for logistical pre-planning and successful execution of the project within the stipulated timeline and budget
Proficient in CorelDraw or / and AutoCad
In touch with the latest technology available in the country
Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with internal departments
Maintain daily and weekly WIP & Job sheet
Manage mixed client portfolio / events across industry sectors
Understand client / event needs and develop project plans
Prepare a post activity report for each activity along with CS
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduation in any stream
Minimum of 3 years of experience of managing events/ BTL activities
2)Position Title : Assistant Manager
Department : Client Service & Event Operations
Basic Purpose : The Client Service team is responsible for achieving the sales target by creating a robust and effective client-agency interface.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Managerial
Responsible for team & individual targets
Maintain and report team's daily WIP & Job sheet
Maintain and strive to improve team execution quality standards
Resource scheduling and budgeting
Manage Troubleshooting by spending time with team members in giving feedback on their performance
Manage Team Relations and Team Mentoring
Monitor competition and develop strategies to maximize market share
Recommend and implement improvements in processes & executions on the basis of market feedback
Individual
Generate revenue from the existing clients
Brief the internal team on the client’s requirements
Ensure successful execution of the project within the stipulated timeline and budget
Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients
Manage mixed client portfolio across industry sectors
