Job Description / Responsibilities :
Design the electrical systems for the power plants
Design and install electrical substations
Prepare specification of electrical items.
Estimate the electrical items like fixtures, wires from drawings
Responsible for Operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, monitoring and testing the electrical circuits in the power plants
Responsible for preparing the test plan and procedures.
Provide Electrical Engg Support like Outline, Detail Design, Installation & Commission of Electrical elements
Installation of DC systems, inverters and PCU (Power control Units) and transformers
Review & approval of Electrical Drawings. Installation, Commissioning of Electrical Items.
Help develop quality standards and ensure quality at the customer sites
Follow safety procedures
Upto 25% travel may be necessary
Desired Candidate Profile / Required skills and experience :
BE/B.Tech Electrical Engineering with 2 to 4 years or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 6 years of experience in Electrical System Design
Has experience in the either design and installation of electrical substations, HT transmission lines
Knowledge of Indian and International Electrical Standards
Experience in DC systems is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of earthing, wiring and protection
Expert in Fault analysis & Trouble shooting of HT/LT Switchgear, transformers, motors
Well versed with preparing and delivering designs using AutoCAD and other electrical design software tools

2)General Manager Supply Chain Management :

Manage inventory and warehousing.
Work out transportation logistic to the customer site.
Keep track of direct and indirect expenses and prepare reports on monthly basis
Keep track of revenue and actual deposits in company account.
Monitor cost of building each system.
Take care of employee salary payments, TDS and depositing taxes in the appropriate accounts.
Hire unskilled labor as necessary
Desired Candidate Profile / Required skills and experience :
Have experience in the above areas of responsibilities.
Experience in Six Sigma, Lean or Just-in-time supply chain management is a plus.
