1)Trainee Optometrist :
Minimum qualification is Diploma or Bachelor in Optometry from recognized Govt. university/institute.
1-2 years experience in optical showroom.
Age 21-23 years.
Should have good communication skills, clinical and dispensing skills and commercial acumen.

2)Optometrist :
Minimum qualification is Diploma or Bachelor in Optometry from recognized Govt. university/institute.
2-4 years experience in optical showroom.
Age 24-27 years.
Should have good communication skills, clinical and dispensing skills and commercial acumen.

3)Trainee Sales Executives :
Minimum qualification is Graduate from any stream.
1-2 years experience from the industry or retail background.
Age 23-25 years.

4)Sales Executives :
Minimum qualification is Graduate from any stream.
2-3 years experience from the industry or retail background.
Age 22-24 years.

5)Assistant Store Managers :
Minimum qualification is Graduate from any stream.
4-6 years experience from the industry or retail background.
Age 24-27 years.

6)Store Managers :
Minimum qualification is Graduate from any stream.
6-9 years experience from the industry or retail background.
Age 27-30 years (out of which 2 yrs. as a Store Manager).
