Qualification: Any first class Graduate/ Post-Graduate (MBAs Preferred).
Experience: 0-1 year
Role: Trainee - Instructional Design

Job Description:
Responsible to assist senior IDs in course design for effective learning and perform the same for all the courses assigned.
Assist in designing the course outline as per the learning objectives and develop training material meeting the same.
Enhance knowledge of Instructional Design and storyboarding.
Assist seniors in performing technical course setup, populate platforms with content (adhering to templates), proofread them for completeness and develop best practices for online learning.
Write case studies as assigned by senior IDs.
Responsible for the updation of client feedback whenever required as assigned by senior IDs.
Enhance technical skills.

Candidate Profile:
Any first class Graduate/ Post-graduate. (MBA with Marketing/ Finance preferable)
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills are required.
High level of proficiency in MS Office and on the Internet.
Should have good analytical skills to understand client requirements
Good command over typing and operational knowledge of computers preferred.
Should be able to write fresh content.
Should have ability to meet deadlines.
Should be able to work in a team, accept feedback, and show continuous improvement.
