Job Description
* 3 years minimum of full time experience in software test/QA. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop and execute test plans and test cases based on a functional specification. The candidate should be able to demonstrate skills in finding and isolating software bugs.

* Demonstrated experience testing ASP.NET applications. We are looking for someone who already knows how to maximum test productivity for Windows Web applications.

* Demonstrated experience in testing .NET Framework web applications. The candidate should understand the advantages and limitations of managed code applications based on past experience providing testing for .NET software.

* Desired: Good written communication skills to create code implementation specs and test plans for team review.

* Desired:Experience of working in Offshore environment.

* Required: Minimum two years commitment (Bond)

Desired Candidate Profile
* Desired: Ability to code in C# for ASP.NET so as to analyze written code and to build test tools as needed. However, this is not the focus of this role.

* Desired: Experience working with MS Visual Studio Team Foundation Server and backend Microsoft servers/applications such as SQL server, Exchange Server, ISA server, IIS are desirable.
