First Joint Counseling for admission to CBS and NISER will be held simultaneously at Mumbai and Bhubaneswar on July 9, 2012. Candidates in first short-list may attend the counseling at any one of the two places. Candidates should reach either CBS or NISER by 9 am positively. Attendance of the candidates will be taken at 10 am and fresh short list of the candidates present will be prepared. Seats will be allotted as per the ranking of candidates present for counseling at Mumbai and Bhubaneswar. ABSENCE OR LATE ARRIVAL MAY LEAD TO LOOSING THE POSITION IN THIS LIST. Addresses of the venues of counseling and documents which candidates MUST bring with them, will be given here shortly.

If required, second counseling will be held on July 23, 2012. Please see websites of respective institutes for further information after July 15, 2012.

Students may request for their rank card by sending email to nest [at] cbs.ac.in on or before July 1. They must mention their application number, roll number and date of birth in the email. The card will be sent as reply to the email only after July 2.
