1)Chief Engineers & Assistant Chief Engineers :
Qualifications : B.E. Civil / B.Tech. (Civil)
Age : 40 to 45 yrs.
Experience : Min. 20 to 25 years of exclusive experience in Construction industry.
Knowledge of MS Project and experience in handling construction of high rise residential apartments / town houses / row houses / resorts & hotels / malls/ multiplex /commercials. Good Communication & Leadership Skills are essential. Experience in use of Mivan shuttering equipment will be preferred.

2)Quantity Surveyors & Billing Engineers :
Qualifications : B.E. Civil
Age : 25 to 30 yrs.
Experience : Min. 5 to 10 years of experience on working of quantities from drawings, estimation, rate analysis etc. The billing work will include efficient billing, knowledge of taxation, settlement of extra claims, rate analysis etc. Computer knowledge of MS Office & Auto CAD is must. ERP experience will be an added advantage.
Exposure and experience in ISO procedures will be desirable.

3)Executive - Design & Development :
Qualifications : B. Architect.
Age : 20 to 25 yrs.
Experience : Min. 1 to 5 years of experience with a renowned architect handling residential as well as commercial projects, preferably integrated townships. Must be conversant with Auto CAD.
Exposure to ISO 2001 - 14000 procedures will be an added advantage

4)Manager & Executive - Safety :
Qualification : Graduates / Post graduates + Recognized Safety Course.
Age : 25 to 40 yrs.
Experience : 5 - 20 years of work experience in Safety management, preferably in construction industry with total responsibility and accountability. A good knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment laws & regulations as applicable in the construction field is preferred.

5)Manager & Assistant Manager - Accounts :
Qualification : B.Com, M.B.A. Finance
Age : 35 to 40 yrs.
Experience : 15 - 20 years of work experience in real estate and construction field with total responsibility and accountability of respective functional area. Working knowledge of Accountancy packages(Tally 9.2, ERP) is mandatory for the above mentioned posts.

6)Front Desk Executives :
Qualification : Graduate
Age : 25 to 30 yrs.
Experience : Smart, enthusiastic, female candidates with good communication skills, and minimum 2 - 5 years of work experience of handling visitors/customers, phone/fax/emails etc. preferably in Real Estate. Working knowledge of EPBAX, Computers is essential.
