Educational Qualification & Experience / Specialisation :
Essential :
1) Degree in Civil Engg. or equivalent.
2) Atleast 8 years experience in planning and execution of works
3) Experience in planning/execution of major time-bound projects of Workshops / Factories/ Research Estt.
Or Experience in Estate management (i.e. encroachments, development, usufructs and litigation and other matters relating thereto) Provision of Civic amenities for inhabited estates, arboriculture and environmental health, civic taxes and matters relating thereto and expert knowledge of land Acquisition, laws, Land valuation techniques, rules related to negotiated purchase/hiring of immovable property.
Desirable :
1) Degree in Building and quantity surveying from Instituteof surveyors.
2) Knowledge of Budget Control and monitoring of civil works
3) Experience in formulation and planning of civil works
