Engineering
Title : Design & Development of Small Scale Oil Expeller.

Description : Mechanical pressing of oilseeds is the most widely used method for oil extraction in the world. Here oilseed medium is fed continuously into the screw press, where it is compressed under high pressure, which ruptures the cell walls so that the oil globules can escape and forces oil through the holes provided along the barrel length .The compressed solids are simultaneously discharges through a check nut provided at the end of the barrel.

M.Tech
Title : Design, analysis and Manufacturing of single cavity injection moulding tool for luggage carrier side cap used in TOYOTA INNOVA.
Duration : 5 months.
Company name: PRARIC.
Description : This project work covers the design, manufacturing and analysis of the component. The mould is designed according to the customer standards. The component is molded using PP.This component is used in luggage carrier of the TOYOTA CAR.

The analysis of the component is carried out to predict product quality. The moulded component may contain some defects like warpage, weld lines, air traps, also pressure drop and temperature drops may occur in these can be overcome by using analysis software.
