1)SAP NetWeaver Architects
SAP NetWeaver Architect experienced with ECC 5.0 and SAP NetWeaver 2004 or above to provide SAP NetWeaver Technology services to our customers. Consultants will perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of the NetWeaver components of SAP systems and will lead the planning, design, architecting of SAP NetWeaver systems across a variety of platforms and databases. Individuals should be capable of working independently or leading teams and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers to gain insight and develop solutions to meet their business needs. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, SAP NetWeaver Individuals applying for these positions should have :
Three or more years of hands on experience with NetWeaver technology administration across all areas of ECC 5.0 or above and all components of NetWeaver 2004 or above.
Lead the enterprise architecture, design and strategic direction for the global SAP environment.
Serve as the lead Solutions Architect for the global SAP deployment.
Promote the SAP standards and processes in the business process modeling, design, development and infrastructure areas.
Ensure that the SAP strategy aligns with the overall enterprise architecture goals.
At least 2 Full SAP Life Cycle implementations Extensive SAP Netweaver experience (EP, XI, CAF and J2EE).
Technical team lead experience Strong SAP architect experience Familiarity with Zachman Framework, Oasis SOA reference model, SCOR model, ESB etc Demonstrated experience in building and deploying SOA and/or integration solutions using an EAI platform (TIBCO, Webmethods, Seeburger, Biztalk, IBM WBI, BEA WLI, etc.) or custom developed solution.
4 or more years of experience with XML.
Consulting or client service delivery experience with (or knowledge of) Open Source.
Experience with related technologies including OS (Windows, UNIX), Database (Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server) and other integration technologies (MQSeries, JMS, etc.)

2)Chief Test Architect
Key Deliverables
Requires driving quality across all disciplines, providing guidance, feedback, and suggestions to improve quality practices across an entire engineering team.
Define and guide the product test, release, and deployment process, collaborate effectively with development, test and program management teams to skillfully execute on milestones, deliverable in a timely manner.
Drive test methodology, process, and technique innovation and adoption in order to achieve engineering excellence.
Work across different verticals to drive synergy and appropriate integration and efforts to deliver innovative global engineering.
Contribute to local customer and partner engagements in concert with customer/partner initiative in order to expand our product influence in the global stage.
Would be expected to own or work on one or more of these initiatives including - working with architects on refining the designs, determining the right technologies to use, figuring out how we should use the technologies.

Required Technical skills :
The Ideal candidate will have :
Lead the development of automated test harnesses and automation tools in all areas of product quality testing including GUI automation, back-end, and database.
Design a solid automation framework where test scripts are reusable and easy maintained.
Implement and execute functional, Performance, upgrade, sanity, and smoke testing suite for the entire product.
Ability to synthesize business requirements into Technical Solutions and Architectures, research and evaluate new BETA technologies through incubations, proofs-of-concept (POC's), prototypes, where necessary as a hands-on participant.
Track record for delivery on time and quality, and a passion for customer self-service/platforms, and ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies
Ability to know when and how to execute independently &/or authoritatively with Business & Technology groups.
Help us continue innovation of our product development model/methodologies to further emphasize quality.
Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.
Strong software design experience.
Ability to work closely with partners and vendors.
Should have in-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies.
Other requirements
Experience of 9+ years building large scale systems or services, with 3-4yrs in software development is preferred.
Demonstrated clear and thorough Logical, Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking skills.
Good communication skills and Ability to work across the company.
Aptitude of working on multiple projects in parallel.
A MS/BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
Ability to motivate, and energize a diverse team of engineers.
Ability to grow employees via mentoring, training or as a consultant on projects.
