Current Organization Profile (ACC Group)
Presently working as a Assistant Manager (Production) for ACC Gagal cement Works, (2002 to till date). Responsibility : Manage or Responsible all operational and Maintenance job activities during shift duty and achieve Production Target ILC 4950 TPD. Or SLC 4250 TPD. Kiln, VRM 360tph with Ball mill, Raw Mills 2No 150tph each and Coal Mills 20TPD * 3, and cement mills 5 No.
Corrective plan and schedule maintenance job activities daily, and weekly. Find out the reason of every stoppage, Break down or production losses.
Maintain and check SAP data daily or safety audit as per schedule.
Projects :-
1) I got opportunity to work on deputation for Behbahan Cement plant (Iran) to achieve the production target, maintain all operational parameters or shot out the operational problems, which was affected plant operation. Production targets achieve after modification in preheater cyclone and Pre cal. by ACC/IICEC group in years 2004.
2) Commissioning jobs in year 2004-05. Kiln 4250TPD plant at Gagal cement works.
3) I got the opportunity for worked on deputation for Yanbu Cement Company (KSA).
ACC Lakheri Cement Works, (From 1997 to 2002). Worked as an Assist Engineer with responsibility to operate and manage the all shift activity of kiln, VRM Coal mill lime stone crusher.
Projects : - Commissioning Kiln, VRM and Coal Mill. In years 1997 at lakheri cement works.
ACC Kymore Cement Works, (From 01-03-1995 to April 1997). Worked as a Assist Engineer with responsibility to inspect and manage the maintenance of all equipments. Or I have gotten opportunity to learn the kiln, Raw Mill and Coal Mill Operation.
