JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Looking after Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown of Automated Wire Rod Mill (WRM) supplied by VAI Pomini, Italy & Automation supplied by Siemens & ASI Robicon Italy.
Done the Maintenance & Look after proper functioning of
DC Motor, AC Motor, EOT Crane, HMD, Loop Scanner, Pyrometer, RTD, Thermocouples, Limit Switch, Control Valves, Proximity Switch, Photosensors.
PID Controller, temp controller (radix)
WRM CONSIST
- BRF ( Pusher type, Top&Bottom fire) with capacity-30 MT/Hrs. Siemens PLC S7-300, 200 , WINCC SCADA.
- 1 TO 20 Stand of HV configuration includihg 2 jocker stands.
- 6 Stand Pre Finishing Monoblock & 4 stand Finishing Monoblock (Wire production range 5.5 to 14mm)
- Garret Coiller Left & Right line (Wire production range 14 to 39.65 mm Dia)
- Mill Automation supplied by Siemens & ASI Robicon, Italy, with PLC- S7 400,
