1)Quantity Surveyor :
Graduates/Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 3 to 5 years experience in preparation and submission of RA bills, Estimation of Quantities, Rate Analysis, BOQ and reconciliation, Liaison with Architects /Consultants to obtain the necessary inputs like drawings and specification etc.

2)Project Engineer :
Graduates in Civil Engineering with 4-7 years of experience in working with leading construction company and good technical knowledge in civil construction and experience in construction of residential as well as commercial buildings. Execution, co-ordination and project management. conducting periodic checks on progress status against day to today activity, ensuring the quality of work progress on daily basis.

3)Site Engineer :
Graduates in Civil Engineering with 2-4 years of experience of working in project execution of leading construction company/developers. The candidate is responsible for execution of project as per schedule and working drawings, supervision of day to day activity, monitoring men and material resources.

4)Manager – Marketing :
Graduates/Post Graduates with 4-6 years experience in a real estate/construction company by leading and motivating a team of marketing professionals, achieving targets by selling the products of the company effectively. Should have proven track record in managing the marketing department and the team effectively. He is responsible for Market Intelligence, Business plans, maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned strategies.

5)Executive – Marketing :
Graduates/Post Graduates with 2-4 years experience in a real estate/construction company of repute. Should posses good marketing tactics in converting the leads into business. Make follow up sales enquires received by telephone, mail, web-sites and personal visits to the customer, taking new bookings, explaining the project status to customers in the site.
