01) Project Handled ISOMERATE IMPROVEMENT Project :
This project involves preparation of PDS Piping and Equipment Model based on the client’s FEED input viz., Layout Drawings; PFDs and P&ID Drawings and Pipe List; Pipe Specifications.
Out of total of 160 pipes I was entrusted to route 80 pipe lines with a schedule of 25 days. We have generated PDS Model and extracted ISO drawings for the same; I have prepared the MTO in Excel sheet also.

02) Project Handled 2 X 500 MW Coal Based Power Project :
In this project we have designed the following water

Sea Water Make up system
Compressed Air System
Sea Water Blow Down System
Waste Disposal System

I was allotted 80 pipes in the above systems for modeling and extraction of ISO Drawings.

03) Project Handled 58 MW gas Based Power Plant :
In this project we have designed the pipe lines in Gas Cycle, Water Cycle and Steam Cycle. This project consist 38 MW Gas turbine and 20 MW Waste Heat Recovery Boiler.

04) Project Handled Co-Generation Plant in Pulp Mill :
In this project waste black liquor is evaporated to remove water and concentrate. This liquor is burnt in boiler to generate steam which is utilized in pulp mill for heating purpose and balance steam used for generation of power.

We have designed the entire piping system for 5 evaporators and 10 storage tanks and associated Heat Exchangers. I modeled 75 pipes in this project and generated ISO and GA Drawings.

05) Project Handled 10 K Psi De-Sander :
In this project, we have designed 10000 psi De-Sander which is used to remove sand from the crude oil produced from the oil well. This vessel was designed per ASME Section VIII Division 2 & 3.

I have modeled all the 65 pipes in this project in PDS and also prepared layout Drawings in AutoCad.
