1)Job Description : Steward/ Trainee Steward
Steward/ Trainee Steward Ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.
Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards.
Any matter which may affect the interests of The Palms should be brought to the attention of the Management Facilitates the functioning of and / or oversees the functioning of Front Office Department or any other Department in the Club when necessitated by circumstances and as mandated by the General Manager.
This would be over and above regular stipulated responsibilities and duties
People Management :
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the food and services.
Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments productivity, morale and guest service.

2)Job Description : Food and Beverage Hostess
Key Responsibilities Meet and greet all members, and potential members, at the front of the Restaurant by ensuring the following;
Ensure the restaurant is ready to receive members prior to opening and that both wait staff and tables are ready in line with opening standards Ensure restaurant operating equipment is clean and in working order Maintaining impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with club policy Welcoming members to the Restaurant, by using the Restaurant name Inquiring if they have a reservation and noting it in the reservation book if they do Creating a reservation for them with their dining preferences if they do not and noting it in the reservation book Being attentive to guest requests Escort members to their preferred table or reserved table and seat members according to restaurant standards Take telephone bookings and document in the Reservation book according to restaurant standards Train wait staff and bus staff in hostess standards Be attentive to members and resolve their complaints where possible, reporting all incidents to your Supervisor Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of hostess stations Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of all menus and drink menus Assist with beverage service Assist with food service Maintain detailed knowledge of menu, including daily specials Ensure tables are cleared quietly and efficiently Carry food and beverage trays in a safe manner to minimize breakages Complete dockets accurately and clearly Maintain current information on all general activities of the club

3)Job Description : Plumber
Plumber Check the main water tank per shift per day Check the overhead tank level Check the R. O. System, softener plant Check the pump room all equipment and fountain properly Check the all boiler, water pump and pressure system Maintain their log book properly Operate the system as required Attend the complaint timely Maintain the preventive maintenance Check the all fresh air water tank and DG cooling tower tank Softener plant hardness to check and make dosing of salt. R. O. Filter candle to clean Repair and maintain all plumbing equipment Keep the record of all plumbing equipment attend the guest rooms and other house plumbing complaints Plumber also operate the firefighting system and STP system

4)Job Description : Electrician
Check the transformer, G O switch, and VCB Check the main electrical panel and take the reading. Note the main meter reading and all sub-meter reading logged in log book Maintain the repairing job of electrical equipment Check the all area lights and repair and change the fuse bulb Attend new electrical job and complaints(guest/staff) Attend the outside vendor for electrical job work Attend the guest complaint in room Attend the all common area and kitchen electrical fault and complaints Check the all exhaust and fresh air, kitchen equipment Maintain the all log book Maintain the preventive maintenance Keep the record of all equipment Attend the all break down maintenance and emergency maintenance, co-ordinate with shift in charge. Maintain a record of spares , consumable and repairable part of electrical equipment with help of engineers concerned Electrician can operate the DG set and a/c system Arrange the electrical connection for party function and conference area. Reporting : supervisor/ assistant engineer
