Implementation activities of Concessionaire.
Check the designs being prepared by the concessionaire.
Ensure works on site as per specification & standards
Undertake site visit and guide the work of the team members as well as concessionaire.
Should have handled as team leader at least 2 projects of similar capacity of at least 2 projects in Construction supervision / IC involving 4 Laning / 6 Laning
Qualification :
Essential : B.E. Civil / M.E. Civil
Preffered : B.E. Civil / M.E. Civil
Experience : 20 TO 25 years

3)Position : Business Development Manager
Basic Requirement :
Sourcing of Projects through various resources.
Should Understand Objectives, Scope of Services and Contract Agreement
Co-ordination with Associates / JV Partners
Should Able to identify Content of Expression of Interest / Technical Proposals
Should able to write Methodology, Preparation of Work Plan
Should have understanding and appreciation of Resource Requirement for various types of Projects i.e. Human Resource, Surveys, Investigations and other
Should able to prepare Project Specific Organization Chart, Writing CVs and Task Assignment
Should able to quantify Cost, Profits, Cash flow
Should able to prepare financial Proposals
Client Co-ordination at various stages of Project Cycle i.e. Before Submission of EOI / BID, During Bid Process / After Getting the Job / Future Projects.
Qualification :
Essential : B.E. Civil/ M.E. Civil/ MBA
Preffered : B.E. Civil/ M.E. Civil/ MBA
Experience : 4 to 10 years
