Job Description :
Preparation of long term & Short term business plan for revenue generation through direct and indirect sales channels.
Managing, developing & closing multiple opportunities in the assigned territory.
Becoming the main point of contact for sales evangelism and pursuit of revenue opportunities.
Indentifying potential Client base.
Managing opportunities and providing forecasts for planning purposes.
Crafting solutions that meets business goals based on client discussions with Client-level and other decision-makers.
Desired Skills :
The role balances sales, partner management, and sales training with the primary objective being revenue growth.
Act as the liaison between the Xalted operations team and sales force with their supporting engagement team.

Experience : Should have 10+ years of experience in Sales / marketing field with 8-9 years of experience in Telecom product companies (Preferably Homeland Security)

2)Pre Sales Executive (Mumbai) :
Mandatory Requirement : More than 5+ years of experience in Telecom Product companies products using cutting edge technologies.
Job Description : Understand business needs of the prospects & Write Sales oriented Solution Proposals.
Make solution presentation, highlighting core value proposition.
Support Sales in acquiring new clients / business development in existing relationships.
Design complete end-to-end solutions for prospects along with Sales and delivery to meet client requirements.
Developing the complete costing, staffing requirements for the opportunity.
Desired Skills :
Should have experience preferably in an IT product company in Telecom domain.
Should have pre-sales experience in a product environment.
Should have a strong execution orientation.
Should be able to independently manage bids and the sales teams.
Additional Skills :
