Careers :
1)Civil/Structural Engineers :
The candidate shall be BE/ME in civil engineering from a reputed university with 5-20 years of experience in the civil/structural design/engineering of large substation & transmission line projects. The candidate should be able to carry out civil/structural system design calculations and drawings. The candidate shall be fully conversant with the latest BS, ANSI & IS codes & standards for building design for large substation buildings. The candidates shall be capable of analysis, design, detailing, coordination & preparation of specification, tendering and bid evaluation related to RCC & steel structures, water retaining structures, pipe racks and sleepers, paving and drainage etc. in transmission & distribution, industrial and infrastructural projects.
The candidates shall have experience in working in power and substation buildings/ facilities is desirable. Experience in analysis (static and dynamic including seismic analysis) of civil structures with 3-D finite element software like ANSYS, NISA would be an added advantage. Familiarity and working with ACI 349, ACI 318, ASCE-4, RCC-G will be an added advantage.

2)Electrical Engineers :
The candidate shall be BE/ME in electrical engineering from a reputed university with 5-20 years of experience in the design/engineering of large substation & transmission line projects. The candidate should be able to carry out general electrical system design calculations and drawings (SLD, layouts, bill of quantities etc.) For lighting, cabling earthing systems for indoor and outdoor areas. Should be able to carry out design for indoor GIS/ outdoor substations, including transformer, battery and charger sizing calculations, selection of HV circuit breakers, AC/DC auxiliary supplies equipment etc. and preparation of SLD/ equipment layout drawings for substations. Should be capable of performing grounding, shielding design calculations and analysis of grounding system. Should be able to prepare tender specifications/ bill of quantities/ technical schedules etc. Should be capable of reviewing vendor drawings related to HT/ LT substation equipment and systems. Should possess knowledge in understanding scada & communication systems for substation applications. Should be efficient and effective in working. Should be able to work in a team and effectively contribute to various technical requirements of a project.

3) Business Development & EPC Tendering :
Tendering engineers shall be BE/ME in electrical engineering from a reputed university with 5-20 years of experience in the field of estimation and tendering of large electro-mechanical projects involving civil/structural works, marketing of EPC in electrical transmission & distribution & other manufacturing industries. The person will be responsible for locating the prospective customers; preparation of offer, negotiation, finalization of contract etc. The person shall be fully knowledgeable on the latest commercial laws & rules for providing contract engineering services.
The candidate should be fully conversant in preparation of technical & commercial proposals and shall have good skills in assessing market potentials. The candidate should have worked in funded projects viz. World Bank, ADB, JBIC etc. and shall be fully conversant with the criteria stipulated by these agencies. The candidate should have at least 5 years proven experience in business development activities. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in electrical projects tenders.

4)Electrical Engineer :
The candidate shall be BE in electrical engineering, from a reputed university with 2-10 years of sales experience, with products in distribution segment. He should have proven experience of developing a distribution network. Selected candidate will be required to establish a dynamic network of distributors across India for the company’s range of switchgear accessories, cable accessories & lightning protection equipment. Candidate shall have the drive & initiative to identify potential for developing new products to be later channel through the network to be established.

5) Electrical Draftsman :
The candidate shall be a diploma holder in electrical engineering, or should have passed draftsman course and shall have at-least 2-4 years experience in engineering drafting using Autocad and/or Bentley Micro station. Candidates shall be capable of preparing layout drawings, single line diagrams, relaying & metering drawings. Additional capability to prepare civil drawings will be considered as an added advantage.

6)Mechanical Engineer :
The candidate shall be a diploma holder in mechanical engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in production line of cable accessories, sheet metal components and electrical accessories. Should also look after follow up work with various suppliers of different engineering products.

7)Receptionist/Telephone Operator :
The candidate shall be graduate women with fluency in English and shall have atleast 5 years experience as a receptionist/telephone operator in large companies. Candidates shall preferably have typing skills.for occasional typing requirements of the company.
