(Using solid edge and Altair hyper mesh software’s)
Application of project :
Due to limited application of SOM analysis, we used FE analysis for all structures. For the critical locations we carried SOM analysis and for the full components we used finite element analysis.
The finite element analysis and strength of materials analysis can be used for all other aerospace components. These analyses can also be applied to automobile components and all civil structures.
