1.SITE ENGINEERS :
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
First Class B.E. (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) graduates from the recognised and reputed Engineering Colleges / Universities.
4-5 years of hardcore experience in Residential Buildings/ Multi-storied buildings.
Able to handle and extract work from workmen at sites.
Computer savvy. Knowledge in Auto CAD and MS Projects will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Tamil. Knowledge in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Have a two wheeler with relevant driving license and other documents.

2.PROJECT ENGINEERS :
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
First class B.E. (Civil) graduates from the recognised and reputed Engineering Colleges / Universities.
6-10 years of hardcore experience in Residential Buildings / Multi-storied buildings.
Able to handle a team of Site Engineers and execute leadership skills.
C omputer savvy. Knowledge in Auto CAD and MS Projects will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Tamil. Knowledge in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Have a two wheeler with relevant driving license and other documents.

3.PROJECT MANAGERS :
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
First class B.E. (Civil) graduates from the recognised and reputed Engineering Colleges / Universities.
10 years of hardcore experience in Residential Buildings / Multi-storied buildings.
To handle a team of Project Engineers and execute leadership skills.
Responsible for all activities at the site.
Managerial skills and able to motivate the site team.
Knowledge on Waste Management.
Generation of Management reports as and when required and update Management on Project Status from time to time.
Display excellent inter / intra department co-ordination and be able to work as per the schedule.
Computer savvy with knowledge of Auto CAD and MS Projects.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Tamil. Knowledge in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Have a two wheeler with relevant driving license and other documents.

4.ACCOUNTANT :
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
A Graduate, preferably B.Com.,/ M.Com.,
5-7 years of hardcore experience in accounting management in a construction industry.
Computer knowledge / working on Excel / MS / Tally packages.
Communication in English (preferred) and Tamil.
Have a two wheeler with relevant driving license and other documents.
