    Minimum years of Post qualification relevant experience at executive level :
    Must have 02 (two) years experience in the executive cadre in shop floor/ plant level personnel Adminstartion, Industrial relations, welfare activities, union-management relations, statutory compliances etc. He/ She should be a computer literate possessing good communication & interpersonal relationship skill.
    Essential Qualification :
    Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma of Two years (Full time) duration in personnel Management/ Industrial Relations & welfare/ HRD/ HRM/ PM & IR/ MBA with specialization in HRD or Personnel Management from recognized institute of repute with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
    Scale of Pay (In Rs.) : 9,300 – 34,800
    Grade Pay (In Rs.) : 4600

    Must have 2 (two) years experience in preparation of final accounts, consolidation of company accounts, Budgeting and audit etc. in the rank of executive.
    Essential Qualification :
    Degree in any discipline with ACA/ AICWA/ MBA(Finance) from XLRI, IIMs or XIMB for candidates belonging to General and SEBC category. For candidates belonging to SC & ST category, the minimum qualification is Degree in any discipline with MBA(Finance) from a University or Institution of repute.
    Scale of Pay (In Rs.) : 9,300 – 34,800
    Grade Pay (In Rs.) : 4600

    Work Experience :
    Minimum years of post qualification relevant experience at executive level for Assistant Manager (Human Resource Development) and Assistant Manager ( Finance) is 02 (Two) years. Candidates having experience in Hydro Power sector will have an added advantage.

    Place Of Posting :
    The place of posting may be at Corporate Office in Bhubaneswar or in the power stations of OHPC in the state of Odisha or in any other place of operation of OHPC.

    Mode Of Selection :
    The mode of selection for Assistant Manager (HRD) & Assistant Manager (Finance) shall be through written test & personal interview.

    Fee :

    - Upon complaints u/s 420 read with sec 120B and section 406 of the IPC being filed, & managed to corner the defaulters of the clients to compel them to settle their dues with the financers/Banks.
    - Drafting & issuing Demand, asset verification, & Legal notices to defaulter customers. And replies intended to be issued against the defaulting customers of the Company.
    - Negotiating with the Police Authorities to execute Warrant of Arrest. & execution of order u/s-9 & 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
    - Bringing a number of defaulting customers of the negotiating table including companies ,based on the ingredients and facts of each case , through criminal complaints u/s 420 read with 406/ 120 B of the IPC, u/s – 138 of n. l. Act, at times read with section 141 of N. l. Act. The results by the recovery of the amounts are self-evident.
    - Handles different criminal & civil matters in different Consumer and District Court, and Calcutta High Court other Appropriate Authorities.
    - Drafting of complaints U/S 406 and 420 of IPC. & 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
    - Handling Bail and Anticipatory bail application, police intimations, & replies various complaints of letters, from customer and Advocate of Customer.
