1)Algorithm Engineer :
Job Description :
The successful candidate will join a world-class team of software and algorithm engineers to conceive, implement, optimize, and document advanced algorithms and software modules for performance engineering tools and products. This individual will utilize his/her skills and knowledge in software engineering to design high performance algorithms and software on UNIX/Linux platform. He/She should be an effective team player and be able to work independently on problems. The successful candidate should be creative, results and detail oriented, be able to pick up the existing algorithms and software modules quickly, optimize and create new algorithms and software modules.
Required Skills and Experience :
MS/PhD in CS/EE/ME/Math/Stats.
Minimum 5-year experience in algorithm and software development using C/C++/C#/Java.
Proficient in statistical and computational complexity concepts.
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving ability.
Experience in Object-Oriented and multi-threaded software development is essential.

2) Performance Engineering Architect :
Job Description :
Performance Architects lead the planning, execution, analysis, and tuning efforts to deliver high-performing systems and Web based applications. They contribute to all aspects of the delivery lifecycle in performance prototyping, capacity modeling, performance driven design, profiling, performance testing, availability management, and troubleshooting. A Performance Architect provides architecture and application design and development guidance that ensures scalability and minimizes performance issues. The performance architect is comfortable operating on highly visible assignments, can dive deep into designs, application code, and frameworks, and ultimately provide clear insight and direction to business and IT stakeholders. A Performance Architect utilizes diagnostic and monitoring tools to detect, isolate, and resolve performance issues throughout the technology stack.
Required Skills and Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on J2EE or .NET design and development of highly scalable applications or architecture frameworks.
Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in any of the following : performance diagnostics, capacity planning, performance architecture design, performance tuning, performance monitoring, or code profiling or database performance analysis.
BS or MS in CS/EE/Math.
