KOLKATA PORT TRUST intends to fill up 2 ( Two ) posts of NURSES in MEDICAL DEPARTMENT.

The two vacancies are for ST candidates. The requisite conditions are appended;

AGE : The candidates should not be over 35 years as on 01-06-2012.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
The candidates must:
1. Possess a Diploma in General & Midwifery from an Institute recognized by the Nursing Council, West Bengal / any other Indian State / Indian Nursing Council. The Institute must be registered under State Nursing Council.
2. Have three years experience as Nurse in a First Grade Hospital. Preference will be given to the candidates having passed B. Sc in Nursing and having working experience in the ICU and OT.

Pay Scale : Pay in the scale of Rs.10,200 - 25,700/-, 3 % Increment on Basic Pay every year.

ALLOWANCE :
Allowances like VDA,Uniform Allowance, Washing Allowance, Transport Allowance are admissible. In addition, benefits like Gratuity, Medical Facility for self and dependent family members, LTC and Leave Encashment facilities are admissible as per rules.
