Job Description
D. E. Shaw India Software seeks Report Editors for its Hyderabad-based Financial Research group.
The Financial Research group provides research and analysis on time-sensitive requests, which support the investment decision processes of our global proprietary trading strategies.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in English, Journalism, Writing, or Mass Communications.
However, candidates with other educational backgrounds who have a sound knowledge of English grammar and usage will also be considered.
Applicants must possess:
ïExperience working with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and must be willing to learn the complex requirements of research templates and guidelines;
ïThe ability to meet deadlines for editing, and to make editorial decisions quickly and correctly; and
ïAt least 1â3 years of editing experience.
Candidates with prior experience in editing financial research reports are preferred.
All positions are based in Hyderabad.
