Simplex Prefab Infrastructure (India) Pvt. Ltd. is in the process of setting up a Greenfield project near Mumbai to manufacture pre- cast, prefab elements with state-of-the –art technology used in the construction industry in collaboration with an industry leader from Europe.

Location : Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

Experience : 0-2 yrs of Experience in Prefab industry or construction industry.

Education : B.E (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Functional Area : Purchase and Materials Management.

Desired Candidates Profile. :
Necessary Skills :
** A good grasp of engineering and Material Principle
** Excellent communication and organization skills.
** Should have good negotiation and analytical skills.
** Skilled at researching the market, looking for potential Vendors and designing quotations for the purchase order
** Should be well versed with Ms. Office, knowledge of Tally Preferable.
** Should be familiar with infrastructure / construction industry

Job Profile :
** Assist procurement team to procure material at optimum cost and to ensure deliveries on schedule.
** Maintaining approved supplier's list and maintain database of all vendors.
** Preparing ‘ Request for Quotations’
** Preparing Comparative Statements based on quotations received
** Preparing Purchase Orders / Materials Received Note
** Ensuring timely receipt of materials by regular interaction with vendors
** Coordinate & monitor the receipt / storage/ issue / disposal of materials and spares items and ensure optimum utilization of the items to support operations & maintenance activities of the Unit at optimal cost
