** PHOTOSHOP, CSS, Flash, Html, Dreamviewer. Develop High end Portal Templates.
** Can slice PSD and convert to standard XHTML/HTML with CSS Div tags(Table-less).
** W3C Validation of html / css
** Browser Compatibility
** w3c validations
** Attention to details
** UI for mobile applications
** Transform PSD Design in state-of-art HTML/CSS Code
** Should have experience in Table less Designs
** Adhere to design and software development standards
** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software development, discipline and software practices
** Should have working knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3
** You will have to do the development & designing of various web products like sites & applications.
** You should be able to work independently.
** You should be very fast & accurate in development & designing.

Candidate Profile :
Education :(UG Any Graduate Any Specialization) AND (PG Any PG Course Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
** Experience in Tableless Conversions
** Strong spoken and written English skills.
** Good Team player & dedicated to work.
** Good interpersonal skills.
** You Should be having very good command over all the development tools in PHP & its CMS like Joomla, OS Commerce.
** You Should be able to work without any guidance(Independently).
** You Should be quick enough & smart enough to take any kind of decision during development.
