Customer Services Manager (Technical Account Manager)
Candidate Profile :
Customer Service Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals and processes for our business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others. You will provide the highest level of technical support to ensure the maximum reliability of our products and meet customer’s expectations.

Responsibilities:
**Provide and direct the performance of quality engineering services to all internal and external customers
** Provide front-line technical response to inquiries received by the customer response center, identifying potential problems
** Effective and timely support to the customers
** Ensure all support is paid for
** Ensure that customer projects are completed to the satisfaction of the customer by getting involved in Discovery and Deployment stages
** Take care of customers and partners by ensuring they have regular training and know-how on latest releases
** Steer the development team towards prioritizing enhancements, bug fixes etc. by means of direct feedback from the market
** Assist in individual development of assigned personnel through coaching and counseling

Qualification:
i) B.Tech/ B.E. – Any specialization and M.Sc. – Computers, Maths, Statistics
ii) M.Tech – Any specialization
iii) Relevant experience in Customer Services 5+ years

Personal Characteristics:
** Strong leadership skills
** Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with colleagues and customers
** Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customer needs
** Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision Salary:
Up to INR 8,00,000 p.a. (Salary depends on the right candidate and experience)
