Comparing with the nuclear energy and thermal power, the renewable energy is inexhaustible and has nonpollutionCharacteristics. The solar energy, wind power, hydraulic power and tide energy are natural resources of the interest to generate electrical sources.As the wind turbine output power varies with the wind speed and the solar cell output power varies with both the ambient temperature and radiation, a FC system with an UC bank can be integrated to ensure that the system performs under all conditions. Excess wind and solar energies when available are converted to hydrogen using electrolysis for later use in the fuel cell.The recent commercial availability of small PEMFC units has created many new opportunities to design hybrid energy systems for remote applications with energy storage in hydrogen form. Here Ultracapacitors are used in power applications requiring short duration peak power.The voltage variation at the output is found to be within the acceptable range.
Modeling and simulations are conducted using MATLAB/Simulink [3] software packages to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system. The results show that the proposed hybrid power system can tolerate the rapid changes in natural conditions and suppress the effects of these fluctuations on the voltage within the acceptable range.

Description : The AMS (Assessment Management System) is a browser-based application that provides a complete set of assessment features enabling the learning process. The AMS Enables to maintain the whole organizational structure and it enables the creation and storage of question items and the organization of questions into Online tests, exams, quizzes, etc. The AMS enables the users to write online examinations, after completion of online examination it generates the reports of the users. The AMS Mainly Divided into four Modules those are
1) Administrator
2) participant/user
3) Teacher
4) Grade book

1) Administrator : The Administrator manages the system administration, users and user groups within the system Roles, in the AMS.The system administrator can set the privileges for each role. The privileges can be set to sub module and activity level. (For example, the administrator can create a role named ‘Tutor’ and set his/her access to the sub module level of question bank and grant him/her read-only privilege to the questions.) Again, certain questions within the content can be secured or hidden from the student when he/she browses the content.

2) Participant/user : The Assessment management system provides the user to write the online Examination and to learn the subjects in online by using AMS, after completion of his/her exams the user Can able to see the his progress report by using AMS But it is read-only, if he/her any concerns about His/her report he can able to mail to the author.

3) Teacher : The tutor/author creates the content, which consists of course structures and question banks Within them, maps the structure to the questions, creates assessments based on the content and publishes The assessment, if once the teacher published the questions he cannot modify the question what he has Created and published, if he/she wants to modify the question he needs some permission from Administrator.

4) Grade book : The main purpose of the grade book is after completion and correction of participant papers by teacher, to generate annual report of the participant teacher enter the practical marks by manually After completion of adding practical marks manually the grade book generates the reports of the Participant.
