Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following posts in Shillong Cantonment Board as per detail given here as under

Desirable Qualification : HSSLC/SSLC or its equivalent. Typing in English.
Age limit : 18 to 25 years.
Pay scale : Rs. 9200-18020

Name & No. Post : Asstt. Teacher (1 No.)
Desirable Qualification : HSSLC/Class XII Pass
Age limit : 18 to 25 years.
Pay scale : Rs. 9200-18020

Name & No. Post : Driver, (1 No.)
Desirable Qualification : VIII passed with valid HMV driving license
Age limit : 18 to 25 years. Relaxable for 5 years for ST
Pay scale : Rs.7700- 15020

The cut off date for determining of age is 1/06/2012. Last date for submission of application form is 15/06/2012 alongwith certificates & IPO of Rs. 100/- for post in Sl.No. 1 &2 and Rs. 50/- for post in Sl.No. 3 not refundable in favour of Chief Executive Officer, Shillong Cantt. Board shall be received on or before above date and applicant residing in remote areas as per Govt. of India list last date will be 29/06/2012.

Applicants have to submit their applications on prescribed form alongwith two stamped self addressed envelopes, one self addressed postcard and two colour passport size photographs. Applicants should submit their application to Chief Executive Officer, Shillong Cantonment Board in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the post applied for through registered post only.
