Diploma in Jute Technology with 10-12 years Experiences in Jute Mills in Spinning/ Weaving/ Maintenance or SQC.

B.Sc. with Junior Level Supervisor course or Equivalent course with 5-7 years Experiences in Jute Mill.
B.E. in Mechanical/ Electrical with 5-7 years Experience in Jute/ Textile Mills in Maintenance Department.

Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering with 7-10 years Experience in Jute/ Textile Mills in Maintenance Department.

3) Technicians :
Educational Qualification & Experience :
Madhyamik pass with ITI / JLS or Equivalent trade with minimum 5 years Experiences in Jute Mills in Mill side/ Factory side/ Maintenance/ SQC.
(Candidates having more Practical Experience in Operating Machine may be preferred with higher Pay Scale)
