    1) Instructional Designer / Instructional Designer Trainee :
    Description :
    The Instructional Designer must possess excellent communication skills with all levels of management and staff and be a Self-starter.
    The Instructional Designer will have the ability to :
    Design and develop interactive course ware for customer training
    Ensure integrity of task analyses, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans.
    All instructional design processes and projects.
    Participate in multiple projects.
    Lead all phases of instruction development.
    Create and document standard ISD processes

    2) Engineer Trainee :
    Description :
    Ready to work in Production / Embedded / QA / QC / Maintenance

    3) Service Engineer :
    Description :
    Installation & Commissioning of equipments at Customer's Site, Trouble shooting & minor repairs, Coordination with Sales Engineer /Head Office/ Service Station. Its a field service Job hence own 2W & valid license is must. Local language skills must.

    Want to know the solution !

    My friends and am are been selected for Trainee Engineer position in Nagoba Switchgear (kovur) . We havnt get any responses from company side.Already its 2 month completed after our course finished. Don't mistake us.we are loosing hope.Hope reply us with positive results.
