2) Center Manager : LMC-010
Job Description :
The position is one of high responsibility.
The candidate will manage all day-to-day affairs of the Company, will be responsible for driving the sales team to achieve targets on time, liaise with Everonn Head Office, assist in the Company's expansion activities and perform his/her functions with diligence and dignity becoming of his/her status as the second-in-command at the Center.
He/she will be accountable for the entire Team's performance, and will report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications :
An MBA, preferably with an emphasis on sales/marketing, or a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Candidates must have outstanding English and Tamil communication skills and an analytical mind.
Applicants should have had a year or so work experience in the Education business, and four to five years of total work experience.
Salary will be best-in-industry.

3) Telecaller-cum-Counselor : LMC-006
Job Description :
Will be responsible for effectively telecalling prospective students from databases that will be provided to her, persuading prospects to walk-in to the Center, counseling walk-ins and converting these counseled walk-ins into enrollments. She will also be responsible for collecting all outstanding amounts on time.
Compensation package will comprise an industry-standard salary plus a generous incentive scheme.
Qualifications :
The candidate MUST possess a BCA/MCA or a basic Engg. degree. An MBA or other management diploma/degree will be a definite plus.
Candidates without outstanding soft-skills and thorough knowledge of English and Tamil (R/S) need not apply.
