Minimum Qualification : Qualified CA/ICWA
Experience : 4 years of post qualification executive experience with sound knowledge of the key areas of budgeting, accounting policies, knowledge of maintaining computerized accounts, fund management, direct and indirect taxes and other related areas etc. Candidates having exposure to PSUs will be given preference.

Minimum Qualification : Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience : 4 years of post qualification executive experience with thorough knowledge of statutory compliances under the Companies Act and other related legislations. Candidates having exposure to PSUs / Joint Venture companies will be given preference.
