Job Profile :
Preparing/ review of all Tenders/ Work Orders/ Purchase Order for various civil/MEP/interior works for various projects.
Preparing tender scrutiny reports for selection/ prequalification of bidders.
Looking after the issues related to Contract Management pertaining to all projects.
Preparing SOP for contract management and administration for all project sites.
Preparing document management system for all projects.
Looking into Claims management procedures.
Extensive reading of contracts documents, including conditions of contracts, with a view to render timely advice to the Project Owners/ Project managers to safeguard our contractual interests.
Ensuring up-to date correspondence with the projects pertaining to contractual matters Preparation of documents for alliances.
Knowledge of FIDIC/Indian contracting system/ Indian contract act/ Indian arbitration and conciliation act is required.

2) Project Planning and Monitoring :(Real Estate projects)
Designation : Project Manager
Experience : 6-8 years
Job Profile :
Development of detailed project schedule in conformation with Business Plan integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules into the overall project schedule.
Regular monitoring of progress, identification of constraints and initiating control actions through the Project Head / Technical Head.
Review and identify critical path, monitoring baseline v/s actual and identify critical activities and monitor them.
Follow up for critically required inputs / materials.
Project planning & construction planning experience
Preparation of periodic Progress Reports and any other requirements under MIS.
Responsible for MIS activities and generation of various reports from tools like S curves, earned value analysis.
Monitoring of project cost and all activities related to project cost control engineer and coordinate with Project Managers.
Knowledge of Microsoft project and Primavera is required.

3) Project Estimation and Costing :
Designation : Project Costing Manager
Experience : Min 5 years
Location : Corporate
Job Profile :
Preparation of Budget estimates based on concept drawings and initial brief.
Preparation of Detailed estimates i.e. Design Development Stage.
Assess prospect scope and main components to develop consistent building estimates for each concept under consideration. Utilize Technical, Economical, Commercial, Organizational & Political (TECOP) profile to establish appropriate deterministic cost contingency
Creating and maintaining database for project cost estimation for various cities of India.
Preparing Rate analysis for all items of real estate
Responsible for the preparation, review, monitoring, analysis and reporting of all cost data for projects
Preparation of Bill of Quantities based on the Final approved Drawings & Designs.
Assisting in Contracting / Procurement Strategy.
Providing advice on contractual claims, especially on variations claims
Knowledge of quantity survey and estimation software is required
