Opportunity Summary:
LRN has a unique opportunity for a talented candidate to join their growing Instructional design team in Mumbai. We are looking for Instructional designers, who have a flair for teaching and are aware of learning methodologies and instructional design techniques. They should have experience in creating content for both the European and US markets and should be able to take ownership and responsibility for the design of the learning solution, ensuring it meets the needs of the partner and end user and that it can be developed within the agreed budget and schedule. Exposure to creation of Ethics, Compliance and good governance, financial and legal courseware would be an advantage.
The candidate should work collaboratively in a team, have an eye for detail and also have good communication skills as they will liaise with our colleagues in Mumbai, Europe and US.
The right candidate will be someone of unique integrity, ability and vision who is looking for a company with a mission they can be passionate about.
Essential Job Function:
â Assessing the characteristics of the target audience, recommending instructional strategies and writing performance-based objectives
â Designing and writing training materials
â Evaluating instructional design, programs, and processes
â Supporting the production team and reviewing the course in the production phase
â Communicating and interacting effectively with others involved in the project
â Completing the objectives laid down for the year which are aligned with the key Commitments of LRN.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduates/Post graduates in any discipline with excellent English written and communication skills. A degree or additional diploma in Instructional Design will be an advantage.
Experience: 1 year minimum as an Instructional designer with a flair for teaching and awareness of learning methodologies and instructional design techniques.
They should have experience in creating content for both the European and US markets.
Exposure to creation of Ethics, Compliance and good governance, financial and legal courseware would be an advantage.
