Overall business development of the region, day to day contact with existing customers, preparation of techno-commercial offers, conducting technical seminars, interaction with plant personnel, interaction with customers for "C" form & payment collection.
Qualification : B. E. (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : The incumbent must be from valve manufacturing company having 4 to 8 yrs. Experience in sales & marketing

Accounts Assistant (Location-Vasai)
Job Description :
To handle all the functions in the accounting system including the day to day transactions.
To handle the accounts payable ensuring the timely and accurate payments to vendors along with time to time reconciliation.
To handle the billing department and accounts receivable. Maintain sales and debtors reconciliation between AR system and financial system on monthly basis.
To prepare monthly bank and cash reconciliation statement.
To prepare the Statements of Debtors outstanding & Creditors outstanding and follow-up on timely basis.
To record all the cheques received from customers / sales team and ensuring the timely deposit in the bank.
To co-ordinate with Banks, Branches, sales team, internal auditors and statutory auditors.
To prepare various MIS as required by the management.
To finalize the annual accounts along with preparation of the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Notes to Accounts etc.
To handle the statutory compliance like TDS, Service tax ensuring timely payments and filing of returns.
To maintain internal controls on all the accounts functions.
Should have basic knowledge of Service Tax, TDS, Vat etc
Qualification : B.Com – Commerce
Experience : Minimum 2 years.
