Perform all operational duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies in order to achieve the overall objectives of the company. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative work climate to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness. Identify potential problems, troubleshoot, escalates issues to management and participate analysis of problems and provide input for future process improvements. Ensure proper training of employees. Determine standards of performance as a basis to review progress of employees. Communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of employees. Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage employees.

3) Marketing Manager :
Work Experience : Minimum 3 years
Job Profile : Business Planning ,Organising,Management,Business Development & adminstration. Flair to bring in huge Business is the sole criteria.Candidate should have thorough exposure to IT & IT related products. He should be able to build and lead a successful team of professional. He should possess relevant qualifaction from recognized Institute with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar field .He shall be responsible for pre & post business implementation & development. He should be a go-getter & on the run for big business.

4) Business Development Executive :
Work Experience : Minimum 2 years
Job Profile : Business Development through New Client Acquisition / generation applying his/her skills The incumbent should have the basic knowledge of IT & IT related Products. The incumbent shall be able to generate new client & business & should have good interaction skills with clients.The incumbent should achieve the given target of business.
