Business Development Manager :
Job Profile :
Involved in qualifying and targeting prospective customers for Assessment Solutions for large corporates and mid market segment
Exceed quarterly and annual sales/bookings targets and maximize short term revenue
Responsible for carrying out the Prospect requirement mapping, Pipeline mapping, Proposal building, Preparation of reports, Cost Analysis, Negotiations and Closure of deal
Build and maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline.Submit accurate weekly forecasts
Meet / exceed core call time metrics and update/maintain customer database.
Should be able to network and develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
Should interact and maintain relationships with existing customers to enable cross-selling, Up-selling, Renewals.
Coordinating with teams within the organization
Work with marketing to drive campaigns into specific market segments
Qualifications :
Should be an MBA or equivalent from reputed institute
Should have good communication skill, both written & verbal.
A self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue.
Good presentation and Analytical skills.
Excellent client relationship management skill.
Must have significant experience (3-5 years)dealing with enterprise level customers.
Preferred individual should have professional experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development in IT Software and/or Hardware Sales companies.
Should be extremely well conversant with Microsoft Office.

Inside Sales Executive :
Job Profile :
Finding new customers from Database / News Papers and promoting Genie Infotech and its Products
Lead Generation.
Aligning meetings of field sales for the same set of customers.
Preparing Quotations
Submitting Leads and Sales Funnel on a weekly basis.
Converting Leads into closure.
Account Mapping.
Participating in Marketing Activities.
Coordinating with Principles/Distributors
Coordinating with teams within the organization
Qualifications :
Should be an MBA or equivalent from reputed institute
Should have good communication skill, both written & verbal.
Has to be extremely fluent in English / Hindi... Marathi is an welcome addition.
Should be extremely well conversant with Microsoft Office.
Experience in a similar profile in IT Sales companies is an added advantage.

Product Specialist (Pre–Sales) :
Job Profile :
Supporting Sales force in introducing the product & solutions to prospects and customers based on thorough understanding of prospect’s segment, business focus, pain areas and articulating how product addresses each one of these to derive maximum business benefit for the prospect; positioning unique selling propositions.
Generating product demo scripts and scenarios & handle client visits, developing templates to assist in sales efforts, responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents, customer requirements.
Technical expertise to address IT Products & solutions pertaining to IT infrastructure and data center. Good knowledge on networking, hardware, security and storage solutions will be required.
Knowledge of competition, products and service providers in IT industry.
Understanding of Sales and Presales cycle is essential. The cycle includes Account Plan; Go / No-go decision; interaction with prospects identifying the solution and product fitment; clarifications and handling objections; closing discussions; Post sales documentation.
Broad understanding on effort estimation for configuration / implementation of product considering the functional and technical complexity of requirements.
Understanding of implementation, maintenance and support cycle.
Qualifications :
Should be an MBA or equivalent from reputed institute
Should have good communication skill, both written & verbal.
Must have independently handled full-fledged techno-functional requirements of pre-sales in IT solutions.
Good presentation and Analytical skills.
Must have significant experience (3-5 years)dealing with enterprise level customers.
