    Job Description
    We are currently looking for experienced Project Lead & Technical Leads to lead a small group of software engineers in the design and development of multiple .NET based web applications. Leveraging your strong .NET development experience, you will help drive this project through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Tasks range from leading the system architecture design to writing code to providing guidance to junior engineers. This is a great opportunity to lead a small team in the development of applications and reusable components that utilize cutting edge technologies in a heterogeneous, SOA environment.
    This position is based out of our Pune (India) development facility.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Required Skills:
    B.E/B.Tech or MCA
    Project Lead â Overall 5+ years of IT experience. Experience must include managing design and development of Microsoft .NET based projects.
    Technical Lead - Overall 4+ years of IT experience of which 3 years should be in software design and development using .NET, C#.NET, and ASP.NET
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Experience working with clients to develop and document system requirements
    Must have experience leading development teams of 3-4 developers (or more) in a similar technical environment
    Experience in multi-tier application architecture/design, design patterns, application of OO concepts
    Experience in data modeling/database design for enterprise scale applications
    Ability to translate requirements using standard modeling techniques into working code
    Experience resolving design and development issues
