Admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Animation & Multimedia Programme 2012

The B.Sc. (Hons.) Animation & Multimedia programme is a four-years (eight semesters) degree course currently offered only at the BIT Noida and BIT Jaipur Campuses. This is a modular programme with exit possibility after three years (six semesters). If a student exits after completion of six semester’s he/she will be awarded a Degree of B.Sc. Animation & Multimedia, and on successful completion of eight semesters he/she will be awarded a Degree of B.Sc. (Hons.) Animation & Multimedia.

Eligibility Criteria :
1) Candidates must have 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in Class 10 (average of all subjects).
2) Candidates must have passed with 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks (average of 4 core subjects as indicated below) in Class 12 / QE (Equivalent Qualifying Examination).
3) Percentage of marks in Class 12 to be computed as average of English + best 4 other core subjects.

Selection Procedure :
Selection will be based on marks obtained in the required subject in 12/QE and performance in Creativity Aptitude Test & Interview (Weightage of marks considered in merit list is 50%+40%+10%) respectively.

Fee :
A Crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 2,000/- (General) and Rs.1, 200/- (SC/ST) candidates (non – refundable) in favor of “Birla Institute of Technology”, payable at Noida.

How to Apply :
To apply for the B.Sc (Hons.) Animation & Multimedia 2012, eligible candidates must download the application form from our website and submit it at BIT Noida.
Send a printout of the completed form alongwith
** Two recent color photographs (one pasted on the form and one attached by clip to the form)
** Photocopies of all marksheets and certificates (see List of Enclosures)
** Demand draft
** In a stout A4 size envelope by Speedpost / reliable courier (means by which sender may track its movement on internet) to the office of

Noida -201301 positively by the due date.
