Ph. D. Programmes :
Seats are available for the candidates from all the disciplines leading to Ph. D. degree in Forensic Science / Behavioral Science / Forensic Pharmacy / Forensic Nanotechnology / Forensic Biotechnology / Environmental Forensics / Criminology.

Application Fee : Rs. 1000/-

Fees Structure :
Ph.D. Fees per year - Rs. 20000/-
Ph.D. Registration Fees- Rs. 2000/-
Ph.D. Pre-synopsis - Rs. 5000/-
Ph.D. Course work - Rs. 1000/-
Ph.D. Re-registration - Rs. 3000/-

Examination :
As per UGC guidelines, the candidates have to appear in the test which will be held on 15th July, 2012 at 11.30 am. at GFSU, DFS Campus, Gandhinagar. Candidates are required to be present at examination place before 30 minutes of commencement of examination.

Entrance Test : Entrance test will be of 100 marks with one and half hours duration based on multiple choice questions.

Syllabus : General Knowledge and post graduate specialization subjects.

Submission Of Application Form :
i) The application form can be downloaded from the website.
ii) The duly filled application forms should be submitted by 30th June,2012 on all working days between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm except on second and fourth Saturday’s or either in person or by registered post / courier on the following address.

I am confused with the procedure in PhD (GFSU). The application form on website consists of following requirement
1. Proposed title
2. Proposed Guide
3. Recommendation from the guide with seal and signature.

Is this the procedure to fill up before entrance exam or after? If not where can I find application form for entrance? please help.
