The Associate/Sr. Associate will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers and provide them information on client’s products and convince them to purchase products and/or services over the phone.

2) Associate/Sr. Associate - Inbound Sales and Customer Service :
The Associate/Sr. Associate - Inbound Sales and Customer Service will be responsible for attending inbound calls from existing and prospective customers to provide them customer service on current products and/or services. The inbound sales and customer service associate will also identify and exploit opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling new products and services over the phone.

3) Associate/Sr. Associate - B2B Outbound Sales :
The Associate/Sr. Associate B2B Outbound Sales will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, will provide them information on the client’s products and services, and will convince customers to purchase the client’s products and/or services.
