Roles and Responsibilities :
Independently responsible for preparation of agenda, minutes, board papers and conducing Board / Committee Meetings and post meeting functions.
Independently responsible for dealing with the members of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Independently drafting and vetting of various agreements entered with clients, business associates, service providers, channel partners
Preparation of agenda, minutes, papers of Internal Committee Meetings.
Preparation and filing of various reports with the Registrar of Companies and Reserve Bank of India.
Co-ordination with the Internal and Statutory Auditors
Interaction and co-ordination with various departments of the Company
Monitoring of various compliances under SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations, 1996.
Skill Set :
Proficient Drafting & Communication
Conversant with the corporate laws / statutes
Experienced in conducting board / committee meetings independently
Experience : Minimum 3-4 year Post Qualification Experience
Preference would be given who has experienced in Mutual Fund Industry / Legal Firm
Qualifications : ACS, LL.B
Age : 25 to 35
2) Retail Sales :
Department : Sales
Designation : Relationship Manager - Retail Sales
Reporting to : Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
Clientele Focus - Retail Customers in Mumbai.
Goal - Meeting Sales Targets from mapped existing Retail Customers and by acquiring new clients. Sales Target will be for all the products.
Activities :
Client / Prospect Relationship Management - Personal Meetings, Phone Calls, Emails etc.
One Point Contact at Quantum for his / her Customers / Prospects.
Plan and Execute lead generation activities like presentation to Corporate employees, clubs etc.
Maintain Daily Meeting / Contact Report, Prospect Bank.
Required Experience :
Mutual Fund Sales Experience - Experience in selling mutual funds to Retail and HNI clients in Mumbai.
Non Rebating (Passing back of commission to investors) focus in dealing with clients.
No. of years of experience - at least 2 - 4 years
No. of years of mutual fund sales experience - at least 1 year.
Skills Required :
Good Communication Skills in English / Hindi - Spoken and Written Communication skills.
Good Knowledge of Stock Markets and Mutual Funds.
Knowledge of financial planning and other major investment options.
Client Acquisition Skills - Ability to Identify Potential Customers, Get Referrals from existing customers.
Selling Skills - Skills to convert prospects to clients by closing initial sale and getting ongoing sales.
Qualifications : Minimum Qualification - Graduate – Preferably B.Com, MBA/ PGDBA (Marketing or Finance) or Finance Related PG or PGDBA Additional Advantage.
Additional Qualifications : AMFI Certified for Mutual Fund (Advisor Module)
Age : 24 - 30 Years
