Managing client relationships for their transitioning from Implementation to Account Management stage
Required : Post-Graduation - M.com, MBA (Finance) - Preferred.

Job Description :
Constant and traceable interaction with clients across different segments; capable of instilling a sense of confidence amongst clients that their interests are taken note of by the Account Manager
Inspiring confidence and team spirit amongst team members and instilling a sense of customer-centricity to their approach to client interactions
Scouting for repeat business opportunities within the client’s business segments and aggressively following-up with complete ownership for closing out such opportunities successfully
Take complete ownership of client receivables and aggressively follow-up internally and externally to recover outstanding dues.
Transparent and professional reporting of project status with in-depth analysis of potential challenges
Ability to work independently with complete accountability and without constant supervision, should have excellent English communication skills both written & oral
Knowledgeable of Capital Markets domain at a high-level; experience in this segment will be desirable

2) Product Manager :
Majorly responsible in ideating Product Life Cycle
Required : Bachelors in Engineering (desired), MBA (Finance)/ CFA/CA (Desired).
Experience required : 7-10 years
Product Development :
Research on latest trends in the market
Build product roadmap of newer additions.
Review customizations to identify additions which can form a part of product roadmap and thereafter interact with client to understand requirements for such customizations
Macro level involvement in actual development process.
Evaluate and verify the FSD preparation and execution done by the BA (Product).
Verify Test cases
Evaluate the Business Impact Analysis ( Functional and Tools & Technology ) done by the BA

3) Project Manager : (Delivery)
Managing projects related to implementation of product
Required : Post-Graduation - M.Com, MBA (Finance) - Preferred.
Experience required : 7-9 years
Job Description :
Planning and execution of Projects globally across diverse client segments in a time-bound, hands-on and collaborative manner
Experience in managing of projects including tracking of team’s tasks, project milestones and linked receivables
Forecasting of potential time overruns and escalation to highest level of stake-holders.
Transparent and professional reporting of project status with in-depth analysis of potential challenges
Ability to work independently with complete accountability and without constant supervision, should have excellent English communication skills both written & oral
Knowledgeable in Capital Markets domain at a high-level; experience in this segment will be desirable but not compulsory
