Job Description
R2K Software is looking for experienced professionals who are able to work hands-on in Development and Testing. We offer an enjoyable working environment with immense growth opportunities.

The responsibilities of the position are:

Design and implement software / project modules through their entire cycle
Gather and understand business requirements
Prepare detailed functional specifications and designs for the modules assigned
Write software according to functional & technical specifications
Undertake Quality Testing of the developed software
Handle change requests of customer's test and production environments
Mentor junior developers

Desired Candidate Profile
The requirements are:

4-6 years of software development experience
A first class Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Master in Computer Application
Sound in Computer Science fundamentals
Good in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, RDBMS concepts
Strong Knowledge of .Net is a must
Expert in development using Microsoft/Web technologies (ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, COM, VB, VC++, ASP, XML)
Good SQL Server exposure (TSQL, DTS etc.)
Exposure to Java technologies is highly desirable.
Exposure ECM/BPM applications like FileNet and Documentum is highly desirable
Good analytical and interpersonal skills essential
