Establishing the National Sales Plan and budget for the trauma product range of the company.
Motivating and achieving through the team targeted objectives of product and market penetration.
Establishing, monitoring and controlling a National Sales Reporting System for the trauma sales team and ensuring timely submission of performance reports in line with objectives at your level.
Establishing, monitoring and controlling a National Customer Information Mechanism throughthe Sales Team and the Distributor Network to strengthen the company’s penetration through necessary actions.
Establishing strength of the distribution network through constant monitoring and review of distributors and their teams and upgradation of their skills and capabilities
On-line coaching and training inputs to the sales team to upgrade their skills and capabilities in managing and motivating the sales channel to maximize productivity and market penetration.
Constantly upgrading his own knowledge and capabilities with respect to products, techniquesand scientific information which will be relevant to your performing your duties with effectiveness.
Monitoring and tracking competitor activities and contributing with strategic inputs designed to counter competitor activity in line with company objectives.
Anticipating the necessity for recruitment wherever and whenever necessary, taking required steps to ensure selection of appropriate candidates who will further company objectives in each territory

Ensuring stock availability with the distributors within the territory.
Ensuring performance of distributor and its sales team with respect to service to end users as well as promotional activities.
