Eligibility :
A Graduate Degree - preferably in social sciences (Economics, Geography, Political Science, Sociology), in Commerce, in Town Planning or Engineering.

Procedure :
Admission will be based on academic records and interview.

No of seats : 20

Course fee :
Rs 8500 per student (to be paid in two installments : Rs.5000 at the time of admission and Rs.3500 in the third month). [Likely to be revised] Fees are to be paid by demand draft payable at Kolkata in favour of Urban Management and Planning Course.

Application fee :
Rs. 100 (non-refundable) to be paid at the time of collection of application form.
