Job Description :
Responsible for interacting with clients to understand their business requirements, Discuss technology solutions and implementation methodology, make presentations, e-procurement product demonstrations and accordingly prepare the pre sales proposal along with the technical and the commercial details.
The Position requires high level of client engagement and works closely with Sales.
Ability to understand diverse Technologies and be able to articulate the USPs
High quality proposal preparation and presentation with minimum turn around time.
Working closely with the business managers for assessing the business case for any client opportunity, needs understanding and preparing a pitch on the proposed offering.
Pre-sales consulting and establishing excellent relationship with customers – ability to give presentations and demos on the solution, ability to provide consulting to the client on different aspects of the product/ implementation issues/ methodologies/ value propositions/ CSF etc.
Articulate value propositions to the client.
Understanding and responding to client expectations in terms of business requirements, solution readiness, commercial engagement model.
Close interaction with the operations and technical teams to ensure delivery of technical proposals/solution architecture/effort estimates as per agreed timelines.
Complete proposal preparation and production as well as Author for key sections such as Statement of Work
