Ref : This Office Notification No: R2/684(22)/2011-HRD, Dated: 09.11.2011 inviting applications for the post of Junior Assistant (Material).

1. Based on the results of the written exam held on 04.03.2012 the list of candidates short listed provisionally for interview is notified below. The candidates may note the following instructions and follow them scrupulously.

INSTRUCTIONS :
A) All the candidates short listed for interview provisionally have to attend this office at 09.30 hours as per the dates shown against their names along with the following original certificates.
i. SSC certificate.
ii. Basic qualification certificate i.e., the certificate by virtue of which they are eligible for the post.
iii. Basic Qualification Marks list Consolidated (Brought Marks lists of each year if Consolidated Marks list not issued by the University).
iv. Additional qualification certificates if any (Only Provisional or Convocation will be accepted).
v. Caste/Community Certificate issued by the Competent Authority only. Integrated Caste /Community Certificate to be produced. In case of others the certificate should not have been obtained later than 6 months.
vi. NCC certificate if any.
vii. Sports Certificate if any.
viii. School Study Certificate (4th to 10th std) in Format – A.
FORMAT – A IS COMPULSORY and should be complete in all respects.
In case of candidates not studied in a School from 4th class to 10th class may produce Residence Certificate in Format –B for that period.
ix. Ex-servicemen Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-servicemen applied and claiming age relaxations.
x. Directing letter for APSRTC departmental employees from the Unit Officer along with the information on Date of Appointment and Date of Regularisation.
xi. Physically Handicapped Certificate in respect of candidates with physical disabilities.
xii. Identity Proof (Format-C)
xiii. Copy of Application submitted Online (PDF Document)

B) Two sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates attested by the Gazetted Officer with seal shall be brought.
C) They shall also bring Two Passport size Photographs.
D) They shall come prepared to stay for two days at Hyderabad if required.
