IMPORTANT NOTE FOR COUNSELLING OF B.F.TECH (AP)

Letters calling candidates for counselling have already been issued. Selected and Waitlisted candidates of Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BF Tech) Programme are invited to attend the counselling session at “I. G. Hall, NIFT Campus, Near Gulmohar Park, Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110016” as per SCHEDULE (FROM 04TH JUNE TO 07TH JUNE 2012). Please bring the following documents “in original” with attested photocopies for verification:

Certificate of 10th Class for confirmation of your date of birth.

10+2 Marksheet and Certificate or any other eligibility certificate as mentioned in the prospectus.

Two passport size and four stamp size photographs.

Medical Fitness Certificate in the prescribed format.

SC/ST/PHP Certificate, if applicable (PHP candidate should submit his/her caste and disability certificate issued by the Medical Board attached with the Vocational Rehabilitation Centre (VRC) working under M/o Labour, Govt. of India having minimum 40% disability)

OBC certificate as per information given in the Admission Prospectus of NIFT.

Domicile certificate issued by the Competent Authority within 5 years prior to the date of admission. (For the candidates seeking domicile reservation for NIFT Kangra, Kannur and Jodhpur).

Basis of funding of the tuition fee/certificate of the parents income e.g. Income Tax Return of 2011-12, Salary Certificate of March’2012 etc.

An Undertaking for refund in the prescribed format for Admission-2012.

In Case any Certificate submitted by you is found to be of false or not conforming to the stipulated standards mentioned without any notice and fee paid by your will be forfeited.

Demand Draft of Rs. 61,750/- on account of fee for 01st Semester drawn in favour of NIFT New Delhi, Payable at Delhi (for both shortlisted as well as waitlisted candidates). The breakup of the fee is as under:

The participation in the Counselling Session is compulsory. In case you fail to attend the Counselling Session, it will be presumed that you are not interested in our offer of admission and you will not be eligible for admission.

Please note, that if the final result of your 10+2 (the minimum prescribed qualification for being eligible for admission to this programme) is awaited; you have to submit an undertaking on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- for seeking provisional admission at the time of counselling that the result will be submitted latest by 30th September 2012, failing which your candidature will not be considered for admission.
